• Host illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material.

3. Payments and Refunds

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are generally not provided for partial months of service, but we may offer a refund within 48 hours of the initial purchase if the service is defective or not as described, at our sole discretion.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to perform maintenance or updates that may temporarily disrupt service. We are not liable for any data loss or business interruption resulting from service downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DonkNet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
